Trip Sign Up

Welcome to the Nisei Ski Club Online Sign Up form for weekend ski trips.

This form only allows you to sign up one person at a time for a trip. Steps to sign up for a trip:

1. Select the trip or trips you would like to attend.
2. Fill out the the sign up form.
3. Pay by check, credit card, or PayPal.
4. Print out and sign the waiver. Bring it with you on the trip or mail it in.
